About Us
Coala was established in 1996 in Tuchów as a family-run company, based entirely on Polish capital
The company is headed by its founder and owner Adam Cygnar.
From the very beginning, the main goal of our company was the production of high-quality bent and glued plywood and wooden elements. The experience gained over the years, combined with the accumulated capital, allowed us to create a modern company that meets the standards set by the European Union. Our crew and technicians are perfectly prepared and constantly raise their qualifications. Coala is an employee-friendly company, which cares about the natural environment. The products are made of FSC certified wood and high-quality Scandinavian adhesives. The entire production process, from obtaining wood through its selection and processing, takes place in our company.
We are respected producer of bended elements and other products with laminates. We are using for our products; FORMICA and EGGER laminates. Also, we are able to use laminates from other producers if client will ask for it. We are designing and manufacturing the moulds and the tools necessary for implementation of new products.
In recent years we have expanded the surface of production halls and have equipped them with a modern machine park, CNC processing centres, hydraulic presses, machine tools used for specific furniture parts made of plywood and an ecological paint shop.
In order to meet the requirements of today's market, we react to new trends in design, constantly expanding our offer with new product models and designer products.

EU grants
"COALA" PPH Adam Cygnar implements a project co-financed from European Funds called Increasing the energy efficiency of the company "COALA" PPH Adam Cygnar.
The project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Measure 4.2 Eco-enterprises of the Regional Operational Program of the Małopolska Region for 2014-2020.
The main goal of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the company's production building located at ul. Kolejowa 20 in Tuchów in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. The material scope of the project includes the replacement of the heat source with a new, low-emission biomass boiler, modernization of the ventilation system with heat recovery and the use of an intelligent energy management system. The project implementation will contribute to the improvement of air quality and reduction of pollutant emissions to the atmosphere, including: dust, CO2, CO, SOx and NOx.
Implementation period: June 26, 2018 - July 10, 2021
